Built For The Clients We Represent.

Tera Law APC was founded on a simple belief: every California driver deserves an attorney who understands both the law and the machine. We bridge that gap.

— The Approach

Why I Started This Firm.

After years working Defense, watching Plaintiff’s get steamrolled by Defense firms, I founded Tera Law APC to do things differently. The big firms treat clients like case numbers. The small firms often lack the resources to fight effectively.

My goal was a third option: a focused practice with the firepower of a larger firm and the personal attention of a small one. Two practice areas. One attorney handling your case from start to finish.

Why Cars Specifically.

I’ve been an automotive enthusiast my entire life. Long before law school, I understood the engineering, the markets, and what makes a vehicle worth what people pay for it. That background gives me an unusual edge in lemon law cases — I can speak fluently to manufacturer engineers, their attorneys, and the technical realities of why a defect actually matters.

Most lemon law attorneys are generalists. We’re experts who understand the cars as well as we understand the statutes. That’s why our results speak for themselves.

— What We Stand For

Three Operating Principles.

Every case we take, every settlement we negotiate, and every client we represent operates by these three commitments.

Precision

Every case is treated with the rigor it deserves. No cookie-cutter strategies, no copy-paste demand letters. We build each case around its specific facts and the specific manufacturer.

Protection

Our clients deserve advocates. We protect your time, your finances, and your interests at every stage even when it means walking away from a low offer.

Results

Manufacturers and Insurance companies count on most people giving up. Our entire model is built on making sure they don't. We measure our success by what we recover for clients, not by case volume.
